Privacy Policy

Floe collects nothing. It has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party services, it requests no permissions, and it makes no network connections.

Floe is made and published by Daniel Fuchs ("we", "us"). If you have a question about this policy, the contact address is at the bottom of this page.

Information we collect

None. We do not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information about you. Specifically, Floe does not:

• ask you to create an account or sign in;
• contain advertising or advertising identifiers;
• contain analytics, crash reporting or telemetry;
• include any third-party SDK that could collect data on its own;
• request any Android permission;
• connect to the internet at all.

Because the game makes no network connections, no information about you or your device reaches us or anyone else. We do not receive your IP address, your device identifiers, your location, your contacts, your photos or anything else.

Information stored on your device

Floe saves your progress locally, using the operating system's ordinary storage for app settings. That data stays on your device. It is:

• which levels you have completed;
• the stars you have earned on each level;
• your best move count for each level;
• whether sound and vibration are switched on.

This is game progress, not personal information, and it never leaves the device. We have no copy of it and no way to see it.

This website

These pages have no analytics, no cookies, no tracking and no third-party scripts. The accessibility controls in the corner save your choices — text size, colours, contrast — in your browser's local storage on your own device, so the pages remember them next visit. That preference never leaves your browser and is not sent to us or anyone else. Clearing your browser's site data removes it, and pressing "Reset to defaults" in that panel clears it too.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling Floe removes everything it has stored. You can also clear it without uninstalling, through Android's Settings ▸ Apps ▸ Floe ▸ Storage ▸ Clear data. There is nothing held anywhere else, so there is nothing to request from us and nothing for us to delete on your behalf.

Children

Floe is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13. Because nothing is collected, there is no parental consent for us to obtain and no children's data for us to disclose.

Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights over personal data a company holds about you — access, correction, deletion, portability, and objecting to sale. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for those rights to attach to. We do not sell or share personal information, because we do not have any.

Distribution

Floe is distributed through the Google Play Store. Google collects its own data when you browse or install apps, under Google's privacy policy, which is separate from this one and outside our control.

Changes to this policy

This policy is only true while the game has no ads, no analytics and no network calls. If a future version of Floe collects anything, this policy will be updated and the effective date above changed before that version is published.
